Electronic Payments


As part of our commitment to provide citizens with efficient, convenient service, the Town of Aberdeen has partnered with Official Payments to offer the following electronic payment options.

Water Utility  

  • Online payment
    In order to make a utility payment, you must have your bill that shows your account number and amount due.  Once you receive a confirmation number your payment is complete. 

           In order to avoid a late fee (added on the 20th of January, March, May, July, September, November)
           or a disconnect fee (added on the 5th of February, April, June, August, October, December)
           payments made online must be made by 4:00 p.m. on the due dates.  If payments are not made by
          4:00 p.m. on the 5th of
February, April, June, August, October, December, the $25.00 disconnect fee
          must be paid in order to have water service reconnected.

Parks & Recreation

         Do not make an online payment for rental fees or program/athletic fees unless your application has
         been submitted and approved by Parks & Recreation.

  • Online payment (special events, Blue & Brew tickets)
     Select other fees as type of service, then list event name in Name of Program box.

Convenience Fees

Official Payments, the service provider, charges a convenience fee for payment processing. The fee is $1.00 for debit cards and $2.95 for credit cards.
